Aromas of ripe pear, lychee and pineapple jump out of the glass, mingling with toasty notes of star anise and clove. The pear, joined by flavors of yellow nectarine, apricot and elderflower, extends onto the palate which is balanced with both a bright acidity and a gentle creaminess.
