Mash bill, fermentation and distillation done in house from locally sourced GMO free corn grown by a family farm in Snow Hill, MD. Rye sourced from Laurel, DE & mash bill consisting of barley. Aged in 53 gallon medium char American white oak barrels for four years in our own local rack room. 90 proof and unbelievably smooth. This is MD pride.. Bottled!
