Can I have my order shipped?
Shipping is against Delaware state law. Please enter the billing address that matches your credit card. All online orders are for In-store or curbside pickup.
Can I receive loyalty points for online purchases?
Unfortunately, our in store system is separate so we are unable to offer loyalty points on online orders. However, visit our homepage and scroll to the bottom to sign up to receive our newsletter which offers online only weekly discounts.
Is there a service fee for pickup?
On online orders less than $100 we do charge a $3 service fee. This fee helps cover our employees preparing your order. Because it is explicitly stated on the site that we cannot ship due to state law, if you place an order and need to be refunded because you cannot pick it up we will not refund the $3 service fee.
I can't pickup my order right away, can you hold it?
Unfortunately due to limited space we are only able to hold orders for 1 week maximum. If your order is not picked up within that timeframe, it will be refunded and restocked.
Why won't the 10% off wine discount apply?
Feel free to mix and match brands but case discounts will only apply to twelve (12) 750ml bottles or six (6) 1.5L bottles
Where can I enter my discount code?
You will need to enter a discount code for all of our flash sales. This is the only way the system knows you give you the discount. Please do this once you are in your "cart". Once you go to checkout and information you will not see this option again.
