An absolute pleasure to sip neat. The nose is very inviting, showing lovely, cooked agave aromas intertwined with vanilla paraffin, caramel-toffee, red berry, cinnamon sticks, and black pepper. On the palate, roasted agave notes with a lush wave of baking spices as sweeter elements linger with a rich minerality. The finish is long and layered with agave flavors and baking spices fading away slowly together.
