The Raymond "R Collection" Monterey Chardonnay doesn't go through malolactic fermentation, preserving its bright tropical flavors like pineapple, mango and kiwi and underlying green apple pear and honey notes. A brief time in French oak imbues the wine with subtle vanilla spice flavors.
