Depending upon ripeness at harvest and winemaking technique, pinot grigio can be tangy and light, or quite rich, round and full bodied. Our pinot grigio is light-bodied with hints of citrus fruits and notes of ripe apple. It pairs perfectly with light pasta dishes and fresh green salads. Boasts rich flavors of ripe-picked raspberry and cherry with a velvety smooth finish. Pairs perfectly with almost any dish such as hearty pastas, pork tenderloin, and roasted chicken.
