Rich, dark pink color. Lots of limestone and toast on the nose. On the palate, tart, red berry fruit stays in the background. Flavors are mostly savory, dry, toasty, and twiggy. Substantial weight to the body. Carbonation is mild and spritzy, like a frizzante rosé rather than a full-blown bubbly!
