Washington- Intense flavors of green apple, apricot preserves, and baking spices finish with a vivid, tangy acidity which offsets an early sweetness. Sweet, but not soft, offering a lively tang of acidity to balance the deftly nuanced pear, honey, and floral flavors, lingering well.
