Aged for 16 months with no racking using a proportion of 30% new French oak barrels that had been toasted at low temperatures for a long time to impart a subtle, delicate touch of oak. On the nose there are flavors of citrus fruits and white flowers are jumbling together, pure aromas! On the palate the flavors are bold, with citrus fruit flavors and a touch of hazelnut. Beautiful vivacity.
