100% Agave. Family owned-Estate Grown. Aged in French Oak casks. Aromas of dusty cactus, pepper spice and orchard fruits. The barrel aging is coming through as roasted peanut. The palate is clean with more of the dusty cactus, white pepper and a little saline note.
