We reserve the right to verify age and identity at the time of pickup. Orders may only be released to individuals who present valid government-issued identification and are at least 21 years old.

Product Availability

All products displayed on this website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, correct pricing errors, or cancel orders at our discretion.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you regarding available alternatives or a refund.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, errors in pricing or product descriptions may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders affected by such errors.

Order Pickup

All orders placed through this website are for in-store pickup or curbside pickup only.

Customers must present valid identification upon pickup. Orders may only be picked up by the person named on the order unless prior arrangements have been approved by management.

Curbside Pickup

For curbside pickup:

1. Park in one of the designated curbside pickup spaces near the front of the store.
2. Call (302) 537-8008 upon arrival.
3. Provide your name and parking spot number.
4. Present valid identification upon request.

Payment

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods made available through our checkout process.

Payment authorization occurs at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to Delaware alcohol regulations and product safety requirements, alcoholic beverages cannot be returned.

If you receive a spoiled or defective product, we may offer an exchange with a valid receipt, subject to management approval.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, graphics, text, images, and product information, is the property of Banks Wines & Spirits or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Limitation of Liability
